APPOINTMENT OF CHRIS BOOYENS AS AN EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR
Further to the announcement made on 18 April 2011, the Board of Iliad are
pleased to announce that Mr. Chris Booyens has been appointed as the Group
financial director. A mutually suitable commencement date is in the process of
being finalised. Mr. Booyens is a chartered accountant with many years`
financial and business management experience in a listed environment.
We welcome Mr. Booyens to the Board.
