CHANGE TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
Shareholders are advised that Dr V Lickfold, who was required in terms of
the company`s articles to retire by rotation, as indicated in the Annual
Financial Statements of SACMH for the year ended 31 December 2010, did not
seek re-election at the annual general meeting of the company held on
Thursday, 18 August 2011.
The Board wishes to thank Dr Lickfold for her valued contributions to SACMH
over the years.
