CHANGE TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS

information is disclosed:
Dr DC Cronje has notified the board of his intention to retire as director and
chairman of the board, following the Annual General Meeting to be held on 16
November 2011. Accordingly, his resignation will be effective from 17 November
2011. His successor will be announced once confirmed.
