APPOINTMENT OF INDEPENDENT NON-EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR
Nutritional Holdings is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr. Clayton Angus
as an independent non-executive director of the Board with effect from, Tuesday
23 August 2011.
Mr Angus is a Chartered Accountant and is presently the Chief Financial Officer
of Nurturing Orphans of Aids for Humanity ("NOAH"). Mr Angus served his articles
of traineeship with KPMG and has a vast experience in business, both in South
Africa and London, where he worked for two years.
NOAH is a franchising community based model of orphan care through which
motivated individuals from communities are mentored to set up their own
community care. It has 100 centres throughout KZN, Gauteng and North West
Province, which provides food security for 25,000 children. NOAH`s support is
procured from, amongst others PEPFAR, MAC AIDS Fund, National Lottery, Anglo
American and Department of Social Development.
