Resignation of a director
In compliance with section 3.59(b) of the JSE Limited Listings Requirements,
the board of directors of O-line ("the board") wishes to inform shareholders
that Mr David Adomakoh has resigned as a director of the Company with effect
from 18 August 2011.
David`s resignation is as a result of his decision to relocate to Ghana.
The board wishes to express its gratitude and thank David for his dedication,
commitment and invaluable contribution to the Company and the board during
his tenure with the Company and wish him all the best with his future
endeavours.
