DECLARED DIVIDEND ANNOUNCEMENT ON IMPERIAL HOLDINGS LIMITED ENHANCED
DIVIDEND SECURITIES - ("IPLIDG")
With reference to the dividend announcement, the directors of Imperial
Holdings Limited have declared an ordinary dividend of 260 cents per
ordinary share payable on Monday, 26 September 2011 to ordinary
shareholders, recorded in the books of the company at the close of business
on Friday, 23 September 2011.
Accordingly, the warrant holders of the Enhanced Dividend Securities,
IPLIDG, will receive a dividend of 260 cents per security payable as an
ordinary dividend payable on Monday, 26 September 2011. The last day to
trade ("cum" the distribution) in order to participate in the dividend will
be Friday, 16 September 2011.
IPLIDG Enhanced Dividend Securities will commence trading "ex" the dividend
from the commencement of business on Monday, 19 September 2011, and the
record date will be Friday, 23 September 2011.
