The Directors of Hyprop Investments Limited have declared a debenture
interest distribution payable on the Monday, 26 September 2011 of 181 cents
per unit. Due to this distribution the strike price of the above warrant
will be adjusted and the announcement thereof will be made accordingly on
the ex-distribution date, being Monday, 19 September 2011.
