RESULTS OF GENERAL MEETING
Shareholders are advised that, at the General Meeting of Sentula held on
Wednesday, 24 August 2011, convened in terms of the Notice of General Meeting
posted to shareholders on Wednesday, 20 July 2011, all the resolutions were
passed by the requisite majority of shareholders.
The special resolution will be lodged for registration at the Companies and
Intellectual Property Commission in due course.
