DIVIDEND DISTRIBUTION ANNOUNCEMENT IN RELATION TO THE TRU SHARE INSTALMENT
Notice is hereby given of the dividend amount payable for TRUWORTHS
INTERNATIONAL LIMITED ORDINARY SHARES (TRU) and that as a result of the dividend
declaration relating to TRUWORTHS INTERNATIONAL LIMITED ORDINARY SHARES (TRU)
the Trustees of the Share Instalment have declared a dividend amount of 134
cents per TRUNIE share instalment that is payable on Monday, 12 September 2011.
The last day to trade cum dividend is Friday, 02 September 2011. The share
instalment will commence trading ex-dividend from Monday, 05 September 2011 and
the record date is Friday, 09 September 2011.
