DIVIDEND DISTRIBUTION ANNOUNCEMENT IN RELATION TO THE SBK SHARE INSTALMENT
Notice is hereby given of the dividend amount payable for STANDARD BANK
GROUP LIMITED and that as a result of the dividend declaration relating to
STANDARD BANK GROUP LIMITED (SBK) the Trustees of the Share Instalment have
declared a dividend amount of 141 cents per SBKNIJ share instalment that is
payable on Monday, 12 September 2011.
The last day to trade cum dividend is Friday, 02 September 2011. The share
instalment will commence trading ex-dividend from Monday, 05 September 2011
and the record date is Friday, 09 September 2011.
