Shareholders are advised that, at the Annual General Meeting of Ansys
shareholders held yesterday, all the resolutions were passed by the requisite
majorities of votes of shareholders present and represented by proxy.
Shareholders are further advised that the company`s 2012 financial year strategy
presentation, as presented to shareholders after the conclusion of the Annual
General Meeting, is available on the company`s website at www.ansys.co.za.
