AMENDMENT TO DECLARED DIVIDEND AND INTEREST PAYMENT ANNOUNCEMENT ON
GROWTHPOINT PROPERTIES LIMITED ENHANCED DIVIDEND
SECURITIES - ("GRTIDG")
Please be advised that the interest payment amount is 67.033 cents per
linked unit and not 67.1 cents, as previously announced.
With reference to the dividend and interest payment announcement
("distribution"), the Directors of Growthpoint Properties Limited have
declared a final dividend of 0.067 cents per share and a debenture interest
payment of 67. 033 cents per linked unit payable on Monday, 19 September
2011 to ordinary shareholders, recorded in the books of the company at the
close of business on Friday, 16 September 2011.
Accordingly, the warrant holders of the Enhanced Dividend Securities,
GRTIDG, will receive a Growthpoint Properties Limited interim dividend of
0.067 cents per share and a debenture interest payment of 67.033 cents on
Monday, 19 September 2011 in terms of the Cession clause incorporated in
the Supplement between the holders and Investec Bank Limited. The last day
to trade ("cum" the distribution) in order to participate in the
distribution will be Friday, 9 September 2011.
GRTIDG Enhanced Dividend Securities will commence trading "ex" the
distribution from the commencement of business on Monday, 12 September
2011, and the record date will be Friday, 16 September 2011.
