AMENDMENT TO DECLARATION OF A DISTRIBUTION ANNOUNCEMENT ON GROWTHPOINT
PROPERTIES LIMITED-VARIABLE STRIKE WARRANT- GRTIVB
Please be advised that the interest payment amount is 67.033 cents per linked
unit and not 67.1 cents, as previously announced.
The Directors of Growthpoint Properties Limited have declared a dividend of
0.067 cents per share and an interest payment of 67.033 cents per debenture. Due
to this distribution the strike price of the above warrant will be adjusted and
the announcement thereof will be made accordingly on the ex-distribution date,
being Monday, 12 September 2011.
