Stock Exchange for block listings totalling 3,148,708 ordinary shares of
US$ 0.10 each in the Company. These shares are being allotted to trade
on the London Stock Exchange and will be admitted to the Official List
pursuant to the Company`s obligations under the SABMiller plc Mirror
Executive Share Purchase Scheme, the SABMiller plc Executive Share Option
(No. 2) Scheme, the SABMiller plc Approved Share Option Scheme and
SABMiller plc International Employee Share Scheme. The shares will rank
equally with the existing issued ordinary shares of the Company.
