CHANGE TO THE COMPANY SECRETARY
In accordance with Section 3.59 of the JSE Limited Listings Requirements, Acucap
unitholders are advised that Baden Marlow has resigned as company secretary of
Acucap with effect from 1 September 2011. He will remain as the financial
director of Acucap, but to adhere to best practice in corporate governance,
Acucap has resolved to appoint a separate company secretary.
As a result, Mr Henry Steyn has been appointed as company secretary of Acucap
with effect from 1 September 2011.
