RESIGNATION OF DIRECTOR OF LISTED COMPANY
In compliance with paragraph 3.59 of the Listings Requirements of the JSE
Limited, shareholders` attention is drawn to the fact that Mr Malcolm
Impson is retiring, with effect from 31 August 2011, as an executive
director of Santova Logistics Limited, its subsidiary Impson Logistics
(Pty) Ltd, of which he was the founder, and as a member of the Risk
Management Committee.
The Board wishes to thank Malcolm most sincerely for his contribution to
the Company and its subsidiaries, locally and internationally, and wishes
him well in the future.
