Shareholders are advised that at the annual general meeting of Insimbi held
today, 26 August 2011, all ordinary and special resolutions as specified in
the notice of the meeting were passed by 100% of the shareholders.
The special resolution will be sent to Companies and Intellectual Property
Commission ("CIPC") for filing in due course.
