Further to the SENS announcement on 3 May 2011, JCI wishes to advise
shareholders that the audited annual financial statements for the periods ending
31 March 2005 to 31 March 2010 have been posted to shareholders on Monday, 22
August 2011.
The annual financial statements for the period ending 31 March 2011 are in the
process of being finalised. Shareholders will be advised of the date of posting
of these financial statements and the date of the JCI annual general meeting as
soon as it has been determined.
