ELECTION OF INDEPENDENT NON EXECUTIVE CHAIRMAN OF NICTUS
In compliance with rule 3.59 of the JSE Limited, it is hereby announced
that, further to the recent board meeting, Mr. J L Olivier has stepped
down as Chairman, but will remain on the board. Professor B J Willemse
has been elected as independent non executive chairman of Nictus Limited
with effect from 25 August 2011.
