RESULTS OF THE CLAW BACK OFFER
Shareholders are referred to the announcement released on the Securities
Exchange News Service of the JSE Limited on Friday, 22 July 2011, relating to
the claw back offer of 1,300,000,000 Pinnacle Point shares ("the Claw Back
Offer Shares") to Pinnacle Point shareholders in the ratio of 18.54197
(eighteen point five four one nine seven) new Pinnacle Point ordinary shares
for every 100 Pinnacle Point shares held at 1 cent per share at the close of
trade on the record date of the Claw Back Offer ("the Claw Back Offer").
The Claw Back Offer closed on Friday, 26 August 2011 and the results thereof
are set out in the table below.
