Shareholders are advised that Great Basin Gold has appointed Sasfin Capital,
a division of Sasfin Bank Limited, as its sponsor with effect from Thursday,
1 September 2011.
Nedbank Capital has, by agreement with the company, resigned as sponsor to
Great Basin Gold with effect from Wednesday, 31 August 2011.
