Change statement
The SENS announcement published on 10 June 2011 refers.
Shareholders are advised that there has been a change with regard to the
audited results for the year ended 28 February 2011. The change relates to
income incorrectly included in deferred taxation reclassified as profit on
sale of rights. The modification increased headline loss per share by 3.69
cents per share.
Notice of annual general meeting
Notice is hereby given that the annual general meeting of ordinary
shareholders will be held at the registered offices of the company,2969
William Nicol Drive, Bryanston (Wedgewood Link ) on Thursday, 22 September
2011 at 10:00 to transact the business as stated in the annual general meeting
notice, forming part of the annual financial statements.
