RESULTS OF THE GENERAL MEETING
Shareholders are advised that at the general meeting held today,
Tuesday, 30 August 2011, the special resolutions in terms of Section 45
of the Companies Act of 2008 and authority to allow business
transactions in terms of the treasury facility as set out in the
circular to shareholders dated, 26 July 2011 and proposed at the meeting
were passed by the requisite majority of shareholders.
The ordinary resolution for any director to implement the special
resolutions were passed by the requisite majority of shareholders.
The special resolutions will be filed with the Companies and
Intellectual Property Commission in due course.
