CHANGE TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
In accordance with paragraph 3.59 of the JSE Limited Listings Requirements the
Board of directors of Sovereign ("Board") advises the Company`s shareholders
that Mr Mike Davis, Sovereign`s CEO, has stepped down from the Board and will
pursue other business interests with immediate effect.
The Board wishes to thank Mr Davis for his contribution to the Company during
his tenure as CEO and wishes him the best in his future endeavours.
The Chairman of the Board, Mr Charles Davies, will assume the role as head of
Sovereign`s executive management team until such time as a suitable candidate
for the position of CEO is identified and appointed.
