NO CHANGE STATEMENT AND NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
Shareholders are advised that the annual report for the year ended 28 February
2011, was dispatched to shareholders on Wednesday 31 August 2011 and contains no
modifications to the audited results published on SENS on 30 May 2011.
Notice is hereby given that the 10th annual general meeting of shareholders of
Platfields, as at the record date of Friday, 26 August 2011, will be held at
16:00 on Friday, 4 November 2011 at PKF, 42 Wierda Road West, Wierda Valley,
Sandton.
The board of directors of the Company determined that, in terms of section
62(3)(a), as read with section 59 of the Companies Act, 2008 (Act 71 of 2008),
the record date for the purposes of determining which shareholders of the
Company are entitled to participate in and vote at the annual general meeting is
Friday, 28 October 2011. Accordingly, the last day to trade to be entitled to
vote will be 21 October 2011.
