CHANGES TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
In terms of paragraph 3.59 of the JSE Limited Listings Requirements, the board
of Intertrading is pleased to announce that Mr Gontse S Moseneke, who was
appointed a non executive director of the board on 19 April 2011, has been
appointed as the Chief Executive Officer with effect from 26 August 2011.
The board of directors welcomes Gontse as its Chief Executive Officer.
