TRADING STATEMENT
In accordance with paragraph 3.4(b) of the Listings Requirements of the
JSE Limited, companies are required to inform shareholders as soon as
there is a reasonable degree of certainty that the earnings of the
company are likely to vary by more than 20% compared to the previous
corresponding period.
Shareholders are advised that the Company is expected to make a basic
loss per share and headline loss per share for the six month period ended
30 June 2011, compared to basic earnings per share of 12.4 cents and
headline earnings per share of 1.1 cents for the previous corresponding
period ended 30 June 2010.
The board of directors of Dialogue is unable to quantify a range or
percentage at this stage and will revert to shareholders with a further
trading statement once more certainty exists regarding the final results
for the six month period ended 30 June 2011.
The information in this trading statement has not been reviewed or
reported on by the Company`s external auditors.
