Change in Officeholders
The Board of Gold One wishes to advise that pursuant to ASX Limited listing rule
3.16.1, Mr Brett Snell has been appointed as Co-Company Secretary responsible
for the Gold One Australian operations with effect from 1 September 2011. Brett
has been employed with the company since 2006 and has been assisting with
Company Secretarial matters over the last few years.
Ms Kellie Pickering retires as Co-Company Secretary with effect from 1
September, and continues on a consultant basis to the company. The board would
like to thank Kellie for her valuable contribution to the company in this role.
