TRANSACTIONS") AND WITHDRAWAL OF THE CAUTIONARY ANNOUNCEMENT
FULFILMENT OF CONDITION PRECEDENT
Further to the announcement dated 25 August 2011 shareholders are advised that
Sea Kay has obtained irrevocable commitments to vote in favour of the
abovementioned transactions from shareholders representing more than 50% of the
shares held by the independent shareholders of Sea Kay. A circular to
shareholders, containing full details of the transactions, will be posted to
shareholders on or about 15 September 2011.
WITHDRAWAL OF THE CAUTIONARY ANNOUNCEMENT
Having regard to the information contained in this announcement, the cautionary
announcement is withdrawn.
