RESULTS OF SPECIAL GENERAL MEETING
Shareholders are advised that at the special general meeting of ordinary
shareholders held today, Thursday 1 September 2011, special resolutions number
1, 2 and 4, contained in the relevant notice of the special general meeting
distributed on 1 August 2011, were duly passed by the requisite majority votes.
Special resolution number 3 was supported at 74.12% and did not receive the
requisite majority votes for a special resolution.
PPC will analyse the feedback from investors who were not in favour of special
resolution 3 before deciding on how to proceed.
