NO CHANGE STATEMENT AND NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
Shareholders are advised that the company`s annual financial statements for
the year ended 28 February 2011 were posted to shareholders on 30 August 2011
and contain no modifications to the reviewed results which were published on
Sens on 10 May 2011. Charles Orbach & Company audited the results and the
annual financial statements of the Group and their reports are available for
inspection at the registered offices of the company.
Notice is hereby given that the annual general meeting of the Group will be
held on Tuesday, 18 October 2011 at 14h00, at the Value boardroom, Value
City, Essex Road, Tunney, Germiston, to transact business as stated in the
notice of the annual general meeting.
