Requirements, the Company hereby advises that Mr William ("Bill") Cosby has
been appointed a non-executive director of the Company with effect from 23
August 2011.
Bill is currently a senior executive at Kagiso Tiso Holdings and brings a
wealth of experience gained from working in investment banking across
different markets including North America, Latin America and Africa.
