CHANGE TO BOARD OF DIRECTORS
In compliance with Section 3.59 of the Listing Requirements of the JSE
Limited, Brikor`s shareholders are hereby notified that Mr. Werner Kruger
has resigned as chief operating officer from the board with effect from
26 August 2011 to pursue other opportunities. The board of Brikor would
like to thank Werner for his valued contributions to the company over the
years and wish him well in his future endeavours.
