FURTHER UPDATE ANNOUNCEMENT
Further to the update announcement dated Wednesday, 17 August 2011 and also
in terms of 3.59 of the JSE Listings Requirements shareholders are advised
of the following appointments with effect from 7 September 2011:
* Four independent non-executive directors namely Mr Mokgabudi Lucky
Masilela BSc; Mrs Lerato Pretorius; Dr Oscar Setsubi MB ChB; and
Dr Yvonne Kelebogile Nono Mathabathe PhD in Education and
Counselling Psychology;
* Audit committee chairman namely Mr Michael Cyril Truter (CA) SA;
* Remuneration committee chairman namely Prof Mohamed Iqbal Parker
PhD Biochemistry; and
* Company secretary namely Mr Elton Arthur Rochert BA LLB.
The board welcomes the appointment of all the above and look forward to
their valued contributions.
