DIVIDEND DISTRIBUTION ANNOUNCEMENT IN RELATION TO THE IMP SHARE INSTALMENT
Notice is hereby given of the dividend amount payable for IMPALA PLATINUM
HOLDINGS LIMITED ORDINARY SHARES (IMP) and that as a result of the dividend
declaration relating to IMPALA PLATINUM HOLDINGS LIMITED ORDINARY SHARES (IMP)
the Trustees of the Share Instalment Trust have declared a dividend amount of
420 cents per IMPNIK share instalment that is payable on Monday, 19 September
2011. The payment will be rounded to two decimal places.
The last day to trade cum dividend is Friday, 9 September 2011. The share
instalment will commence trading ex dividend from Monday, 12 September 2011. The
record date is Friday, 16 September 2011.
