CFRNIC - Nedbank Limited - Dividend distribution announcement in relation to
the CFR share instalment

DIVIDEND DISTRIBUTION ANNOUNCEMENT IN RELATION TO THE CFR SHARE INSTALMENT
Notice is hereby given of the dividend amount payable for COMPAGNIE FIN
RICHEMONT DEPOSITARY RECEIPTS (CFR) and that as a result of the dividend
declaration relating to COMPAGNIE FIN RICHEMONT DEPOSITARY RECEIPTS (CFR) the
Trustees of the Share Instalment Trust have declared a dividend amount of
2.925 CHF cents per CFRNIC share instalment that is payable on Friday, 23
September 2011. The ZAR rate will be announced in due course.
The last day to trade cum dividend is Friday, 9 September 2011. The share
instalment will commence trading ex dividend from Monday, 12 September 2011.
The record date is Friday, 16 September 2011.
