Further to the transaction announcements of which the last was dated 30 August
2011, the Board of Andulela has pleasure in announcing that all conditions
precedent relating to the acquisition of Pro Roof Steel Merchants (Pty) Ltd has
been met and that the acquisition is now unconditional in all respects.
The effective date of the transaction is consequently 1 September 2011.
