RESULTS OF GENERAL MEETING
Metorex shareholders ("Shareholders") are advised that at the general meeting of
Shareholders held on 2 September 2011, the ordinary and special resolutions
contained in the circular to Shareholders, dated 2 August 2011 ("Circular"), and
tabled for voting, were passed by 98.6 percent of the votes cast on the
resolutions.
Shareholders are further advised that the offer made by Jinchuan Group Limited
through its indirect South African subsidiary, Newshelf 1124 (Proprietary)
Limited, to acquire the entire issued and to be issued share capital of Metorex
by way of a scheme of arrangement, remains subject to a number of conditions
precedent as detailed in the Circular. Shareholders will be advised of the
status of completion thereof in due course.
