Shareholders are advised that the special and ordinary resolutions, as proposed
in the Notice of Meeting posted to shareholders on 3 August 2011, were approved
by the required majority of votes in the general meeting held on 2 September
2011.
The ordinary and special resolutions proposed and passed without modification
were :
- Special Resolution number 1 : Financial assistance to related or inter-
related entities to the Company;
- Special Resolution number 2 : Remuneration of non-executive directors;
- Ordinary Resolution number 1 : Authority to sign documents
