DIVIDEND DISTRIBUTION ANNOUNCEMENT IN RELATION TO THE BIL SHARE
INSTALMENT
Notice is hereby given of the dividend amount payable for BHP BILLITON
PLC ORDINARY SHARES (BIL) and that as a result of the dividend
declaration relating to BHP BILLITON PLC ORDINARY SHARES (BIL) the
Trustees of the Share Instalment Trust have declared a dividend amount of
385.281875 cents per BILNND share instalment that is payable on Thursday,
29 September 2011. Payments will be rounded up to the nearest two decimal
places.
The last day to trade cum dividend is Friday, 2 September 2011. The share
instalment will commence trading ex dividend from Monday, 5 September
2011. The record date is Friday, 09 September 2011.
