Further to the cautionary announcements published on 15 March 2011, 21 April
2011, 9 June 2011 and 22 July 2011, shareholders are advised that the
negotiations referred to therein have been concluded. The effect thereof on
the company is not material and therefore no further announcement in this
regard is required.
Accordingly, shareholders are advised that the cautionary is withdrawn.
