RESULTS OF GENERAL MEETING
Shareholders are hereby advised that at the general meeting of Shareholders
held today, the special resolutions as well as the ordinary resolution
contained in the notice of the general meeting dated 5 August 2011 were
passed without modification by the requisite majorities.
The special resolutions will be lodged for registration with the CIPC.
