Further to the outlook statement made by Peter Mountford, CEO of Super Group on
Moneyweb on 16 August 2011 relating to "Super Group`s expectation of reasonable
growth in the next year", shareholders are advised that this outlook statement
is based on the Financial Budget of Super Group and related assumptions for the
year ending 30 June 2012.
