Shareholders are advised that at the Company`s general meeting held at 12:00 on
Tuesday, 6 September 2011, the requisite majority of shareholders approved all
the ordinary resolutions and the special resolution proposed at the meeting, as
contained in the notice of general meeting dated 5 August 2011. The special
resolution will be lodged with CIPC in due course.
