RESULTS OF GENERAL MEETING
Merchant and Marshall shareholders are advised that at the general meeting
of Marshall shareholders held on 6 September 2011, the special resolution
contained in the circular to Merchant shareholders, dated 1 August 2011, and
tabled for voting, was passed unanimously.
Shareholders are further advised that once all the conditions precedent to
the offer made by Marshall, to acquire the entire issued share capital of
Merchant by way of a scheme of arrangement have been fulfilled, a further
announcement will be made.
