CHANGE TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
Shareholders are advised that Mr Lucas Ndala has retired as member of the board
and chairperson of the Audit Committee with effect from 31 August 2011 as a
result of an increase in workload at the Royal Bafokeng Group.
