CHANGES TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS AND BOARD COMMITEES
In compliance with the JSE Limited Listings Requirements, the following
information is disclosed, all with effect from 6 September 2011:
- Mr S Kobayashi replaces Mr H Ishino as non-executive Chairman. Mr H Ishino
remains on the board as a non-executive director.
- Mr AJ Phillips has been appointed as a member of the Audit, Risk and
Compliance Committee in place of Mr NH Malik.
- Mr AJ Phillips has been appointed as Chairman of the Audit, Risk and
Compliance Committee as well as the Remuneration and Nomination Committee.
