CHANGE OF COMPANY SECRETARY
In terms of paragraph 3.59 of the JSE Limited Listings Requirements, VPIF
wishes to advise unitholders of the resignation of Marelise De Lange as
company secretary effective 1 September 2011. Marelise will continue in
the role of financial director.
With effect from 1 September 2011, Probity Business Services (Proprietary)
Limited will assume the role of company secretary.
