CHANGES TO THE AWETHU BOARD OF DIRECTORS
In compliance with paragraph 3.59 of the Listings Requirements of JSE
Limited, shareholders are advised that Ahmed Seedat and Mahomed Lockhat have
been appointed as independent non-executive directors of the Company with
effect from 6 September 2011. Both appointees have extensive experience in
the business environment and in the accounting profession, and will join the
Audit Committee of Awethu.
