CIRCULAR TO SHAREHOLDERS
Shareholders are advised that a circular has been posted today setting out
the relevant information relating to:
- a general issue of shares for cash; and
- approval of financial assistance by the Company in terms of Sections 44
and 45 of the Companies Act, 2008 (Act 71 of 2008).
The general meeting of shareholders will be held in the Auditorium, Ground
Floor, 76 Maude Street, Sandton, 2196 on Thursday, 6 October 2011 at 10:00
for the purpose of considering and, if deemed fit, passing the necessary
resolutions relating to the aforementioned.
